Unreliable business. My order arrived and was not as advertised and I contacted Imperial Rooms that day to request a returns label. Their customer service page and email us not correct, so I had to phone them. I requested returns label and was told it would be emailed to me,that was 4 days ago and I have received nothing. This is not acceptable trading that does not allow contact or returns. I'm awaiting a resolution to this issue. I would caution others to be wary if making purchases from Imperial Rooms.

Really like the product. It's good material and well made. Had a delay with delivery but they looked into it straight away and it was resolved very quickly. My only negative was that I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone. Still, the Web contact form was very easy to use and the response was very helpful. Overall, a good shopping experience!!
