DISAPOINTED can't use 2 rugs ,so have bought elswhere to replace them,why ,imperial rooms do not know difference between RED & BERGUNDY the rugs advertised as hallway runner red Greek, and red rugs shown ,but they are not THEY ARE BERGUNDY ,MAROON NOT RED.

What a waste of time This company is. I order and I get no tracking advice. I chase them and they say it’s lost: I ask them to resend fast track and they say they can’t and refund. Will Take up to five days. What money takes Five days to travel in this day and age. Stay away hopeless

I ordered a throw from them when it arrived the colour which was meant to be grey was more of a silvery blue there were problems with the dye patches of darker colour there was also problems with the material it was scrunched up and the dye was off in those places.I had problems with the return too I was told to send it back for a refund I emailed them the postage costs which they ignored completely and refunded me only the price of the throw I was out of pocket £6.30 and all for a damaged throw that had to be returned bad customer service. Not happy at all.

Don’t buy From this site!!!! the item I received was nothing like the colour on the website and all returns are down to you and this item cost me nearly half the price to return to what I paid to buy it. Note to self …..Always read the returns policy

I was personally assisted with my Imperial Rooms order by a very competent advisor named Jodie. She went out of her way to assist me at every turn and ensured that I had the dates and times of deliveries as my order consisted of two shipments. I couldn’t rate her highly enough and because of this, I will definitely be ordering from Imperial Rooms in the future. L. Bushnell, 6th May, 2021.

Hi Thank you for the information I can now confirm the payment is in my account. However this has taken since the 4th March 2021. Thank you for personally sorting this out it’s such a shame I had to make these reviews to have my money refunded to me when it should have been so simple.

I purchased a 4 piece bedding set that was advertised as egyptian cotton, but when it arrived it was 100% cotton, these are not the same thing. I wrote to complain, they replied quickly and offered a 15% refund. I will not be using them again.

I have edited this review and improved rating as imperial rooms have no sent me a replacement item. However I am not taking the review down customers should not have to take to review sites in order to receive fair customer service. My original review Do not touch this company with a bargepole we have been previous customers and spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years on this occasion I placed an order for a throw priced at a mere £12:99 including postage we receive notification from Royal mail that the parcel had been delivered when in fact it had not we were home at the time I received a text message. I contacted Imperial rooms to tell them of the issue that we experienced and asked them to chase up with Royal mail delivery had clearly been sent to the wrong address. Our property is completely covered by CCTV so there would’ve been no issue with me providing evidence to Royal mail that the delivery service did in not in fact attend our property when stated. I asked imperial rooms to resend the item that we did not receive and Was gobsmacked to be told that we had to chase Royal mail ourselves and that they were not doing anything to ensure we received the item that we had paid for. It’s only when you have an issue that a company shows its true colours and this company certainly has. Should trust pilot require evidence this is a genuine complaint our order number is 27191

*Be warned* TERRIBLE service - ordered on 29th Jan 2021 and received tracking reference with update saying it had been dispatched to Royal Mail, however I still had not received the item 5 working days later. Rang up Customer Service (no response via email) to chase and was told I should've received an email notifying me item was out of stock shortly after ordering on 29th. I was also previously lied to as they had said it had been sent to Royal Mail when in fact there never was a parcel. No real apology received from Customer Service team. Only solution offered was refund and then allegedly issued, but have still not received an email confirmation stating this. Very disappointed - would not buy again.

EDIT) 6th Feb 2020 Still not received my refund, company are ignoring emails Purchased Total Blackout Blinds, when we put them up they werent total blackout at all, customer services said they arent total blackout even though the packaging says that they are total blackout, they were returned on the 6th Jan 2021 and received back on the 13th They told me on the 8th Jan 2020 the package is in transit so your refund will be processed at the time of delivery

I found this company sent me the rose gold eyelet curtains 2pairs absolutely fabulous really made up with them and the quality can't express anymore how I am really made up with them fully lined brilliant service.

Ordered the Royal Blue Blackout Curtains and im so impressed with them. Lovely material and beautiful colour also blacks out the light great. Speedy service and brilliant quality for money

I ignored all the 1 star reviews but unfortunately found them to be correct. As is clearly documented by others, despite a clear return policy on their website, they deal with returns simply by not responding to the email the site says you need to write to request a refunding effectively refuse to accept any returns despite their legal requirements to do so.

Purchased a sofa cover on 29/01/2020, sent it back as the colour was not what I expected. The return was made in the correct delay. I am still waiting for a refund. The company has been very unhelpful and has just told me this item was never found in their warehouse, therefore I cannot receive the refund. I am still waiting for a refund!

I ordered a bedding set online that looked lovely in the images, when the set arrived I was extremely disappointment with the awful, cheap quality. I paid £15 to return it and have still not received a refund after almost 1 month. I called them to ask where the refund is and they assured me I’d get my refund... still nothing! Terrible company with terrible products!!

Appalling service. Bedding on arrival was marked, stitching lose and panel sewn in. Returned and heard nothing, rang and told refund within 24hours, which did not happen. Rang again and was asked to provide postage tracking number as they were disputing ever received it. Thank goodness this was to hand, and due to this money was refunded. Will never use again. Word of advice, Ensure you keep all receipts.
