Placed an order for a settee cover, received it but had to send it back as it was to big. This was handed over to the post office and surprise surprise Imperial Room said that the returns department can’t seem to find it. I have asked twice to open a complaint and other surprise no complaint opened for me. I have to say you will me mad to order from them. The level of service is absolutely terrible & I still did not get my refund ( because they couldn’t find it) DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH IMPERIAL ROOM !

Shocking...i ordered curtains and they sent the wrong one's out twice. Would not recommend

shocking company....i would go as far to say scammers ...advertise items .... send confirmation of order with items then invoice of items and then say only ordered one thing when order arrives with missing item.... customer service shocking.... not interested ....stear will clear

Lovely product, great price and service!

Bought 8 cushions and covers mid-August which appeared perfect for what I wanted. I was very happy with them until recently when all the material started to pull away from the stitching. I contacted them and the reply I got was :- "We are forwarding this matter to our packaging department for further investigation and we assure you, we will try our best to prevent similar kind of situation in future." Not quite the response I was expecting condsidering the amount I spent with them.

The ceramic mug set was beautiful. But it was smaller than it looked in the pictures. I thought it would be a little bigger than it was for £20 otherwise great service. Thank you ❤

I purchased this 4 piece satin bed set because I have a velvet sofabed, and I didn't want to mark it. Initially, I noticed that it was very soft, and a good fit for a double duvet, and good sized pillow cases too. I really wanted it to be satin all over, but as it was so soft I decided that it didn't really matter. As some of the reviews on the other cheaper sets stated that they were very slippery and snagged easily. So for the price I decided that this was a better quality set, as it is made to higher standard. The delivery was fast, and the customer service was nice too.
