United States | 19 July 2024This is a review about SFL's customer service because in the end I didn't end up using them even though they were the cheapest option. After submitting a quote, I was immediately reached out to on Whatsapp by Krunal who at first acted all excited and told me he was there to help and answer any questions I had. I took time to write a super long and detailed message about my situation asking if there were any other options I could explore and I also asked him if he could address a few of the recent negative reviews SFL Worldwide had received here on Trust Pilot just asking him to give me their side of the story so I could determine if maybe the people leaving bad reviews were being unreasonable. His tone immediately changed when I sent long messages indicating that he didn't actually want to help me he was just hoping I would place my order. His responses were super short, unhelpful, and in the case of the reviews he just flat out refused to answer. One of his answers was just sending me a screenshot of their generic quotes which wasn't helpful at all as it didn't provide any explanation or context and was basically telling me I was stupid by showing me something that I could already see on the quote. Like I said, he refused to answer the question about the bad customer reviews so I tried again and he just said "no sir sorry" and I don't know if that was in response to me asking for further clarification or for his side of the story on the reviews. Then I tried to go back to their website to see if I could go around Krunal and get someone more helpful to talk to me, maybe a manger or just another rep and I explained in my request that I did not like my experience with the first person I talked to and then shortly after I received another message from Krunal saying "hello sir, do you have any questions regarding the shipping?" which is infuriating because yes I did have questions and he just refused to answer or gave poor answers. In the end, I ended up deciding to pay My Baggage almost 20% more than SFL's quote because the My Baggage Customer Service was very good and responsive and informative.

United States | 29 May 2024I had a terrible experience with SFL worldwide Shipping, and I want to warn others about their practices. On May 26th Apr, 2024, I shipped a valuable package containing electronics worth $850 from New Jersey and was supposed to reach the warehouse in New jersey to be send further to India. I chose SFL Shipping based on their advertised reliability and tracking services. I carefully packed and documented everything related to package. The estimated delivery date was Apr 29th. However, by May 01st, the package had not arrived. When I checked the tracking number, it showed that the package was "Delivered," but there were no further updates. I have all the receipts, shipping labels, and emails exchanged with this Shipping's customer service. Despite providing these, the company has not taken any responsibility. I contacted their customer service multiple times, each time being assured they were looking into it. After two weeks of back-and-forth emails and calls, they finally admitted they couldn't locate my package but refused to compensate me, citing obscure clauses in their terms and conditions. This incident has cost me not only the $850 worth of goods but also significant time and stress. I relied on this shipment for a crucial business project, and its loss has had serious repercussions. I strongly advise against using SFL worldwide Shipping. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me feeling frustrated and cheated. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable company. These guys steal the packages having high cost goods and then would deny to pay the compensation

United States | 28 May 2024My experience with SFL Worldwide has left me deeply troubled and profoundly disappointed. I entrusted them with shipping my valuable goods, only to have them allegedly stolen while in their possession. The package I sent contained costly electronics items in 1 box and some household goods in 2nd box of significant personal and monetary value. Despite taking all necessary precautions and following proper shipping procedures, 1 package having electronic goods was mysteriously disappeared en route within the distance of 31 miles and later was claimed to be lost while the other box with household goods like clothes and toys (with lower cost) was delivered successfully. What's particularly distressing is the lack of accountability and transparency from SFL worldwide. When I contacted their customer service to inquire about the whereabouts of my package, I was met with evasive responses and a complete unwillingness to investigate the matter further. While I understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process, the apparent theft of my goods is an egregious violation of trust. I find it deeply troubling that a company entrusted with handling valuable shipments would fail to ensure their security. I strongly urge anyone considering using SFL worldwide to think 1000 times. Trusting them with your valuable possessions is a risk I wouldn't recommend taking. Later they would offer $30 after stealing $800 worth goods and write an apology. Further disrespectful is to receive a mail to release that $30 by asking for an underwriting that the issue will not be reported anywhere neither shall it be posted on social media. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. If anyone needs a details on this fraud I can provide the entire documentation related to stealing of goods. Further i can even say that most of the positive reviews are paid and they have a dedicated team to maintain good reviews. Also i could understand that there are many people who had went through this trauma. Pros: • None worth mentioning. Cons: • Alleged theft of goods. • Lack of accountability. • Poor customer service response • Looting the customers goods • Fake promises and misrepresentation by sales team

United States | 18 March 2024Not till I searched the web for a reasonably priced courier service to India did I find SFL. I was skeptical of an unfamiliar name and the process didn't inspire confidence in me, either. I gave them my credit card info but 1) received no confirmation of how much actually my card was charged 2) nor any notification about my document until my party in India confirmed receipt. SFL, your service was good indeed but do keep the customer informed or at least, like the U.S. post office, make it possible to track the shipment.
