I decided to move from Atlanta to Ahmedabad, India in hurry. I talked to Punit at SFL Worldwide, He described the service, and suggested what kind of boxes to purchase and costing of shipping in different modes. In two days notice he arranged for pickup from home. Initially I have planned for two boxes air shipped and eight boxes ocean shipped, but on the day of pickup I have three more boxes for ocean shipping, and SFL worldwide team helped me promptly and arranged to pickup all thirteen boxes. My moving experience was Decent. At Ahmedabad, local representative was also helpful and two air shipped boxes delivered safely at home. On 29th Dec I received eleven boxes which booked for ocean shipment. It reached to Chennai on time around 16th November. Before that in India demonetisation of high value currency happened and most of the transactions were held up. After that TamilNadu CM passed away and most offices in Chennai were closed and next cyclone striked in southern India. But I received all my boxes in safe condition without any damage. Punit was ready to answer the questions about shipment. I will recommend the service of SFL Wordwide to my friends and will use to send things to India from USA. In past I have used two other services from companies based at New York, but I found SFL Worldwide is best.

They lost my parcel despite the fact that Fedex delivered the parcel to their associate company and an employee there signed for it. They had no answer as to where the parcel disappeared when it was signed for . It contained irreplaceable articles and I requested them to make every effort to trace my parcel but they were the least bit concerned. Very unprofessional and deplorable behavior. Would strongly recommend everyone not to use them as there is no guarantee that their parcel will reach and no one in their company will care if it doesn't.

The whole process was well mannered, This was an affordable service if one is not in a hurry to send items. As i had to send a document which was not an urgent matter, i have no complains. Expect to reach in 15 days from date of post.

I used SFL courier service to ship to Bangalore, India. Service was prompt, and shipping reached within specified time. I was constantly informed about the shipment tracking. Rates were excellent, and customers service was very good. I certainly would recommend this company if someone is looking for a very reasonable courier service to India.

i shipped my goods from Houston, Texas to Kerala, India last year December 2015. SFL Worldwide did a superb job in shipping my 2 bedroom house (furniture, TV, boxes and bicycle) to Kerala. They packed the goods in a superb way (even fragile items were handled carefully) and delivered to my Kerala address in 2.5 months. They cleared my goods from customs and delivered the goods to my place without any damage. They also helped me in my unpacking. I referred SFL to many of my friends....Superb job.

I happen to know SFL Worldwide from my friend and wanted to try it for shipping my TELEVISION from USA to INDIA (Pondicherry). First thing, the way the simple quote form worked really well and i was given better quote. Once i am satisfied with all necessary information, decided to ship with them. Got the shipping label and dropped-off the shipment at Fedex office. And unfortunately, the fedex representative screwed by asking to wrap the shipment with their own box by paying additional charge for the box alone! (Guaranteed no additional shipping charge). But while i happen to get the shipping invoice, surprised to see double the quoted value. Reached out to SFL customer service and than to Fedex inquiring the details. I have specially mention Prasanth Nair from SFL customer service for doing great job in understanding the concerns and the excellent way of communication & commitment. Now, i happen to get back the additional charges refunded appropriately. Verdict: I know, not always using shipping service will have pleasant experience. But i appreciate the SFL customer service (especially Prasanth Nair - in my case) taking customer concerns seriously.

I moved back in March 2015 with SFL Worldwide from Dallas Texas to Pune India. I was recommended SFL worldwide by one of my co-worker who use ship small packages with SFL Worldwide. I had guy name Brandon came to my apartment to survey and he as did provided good insight on how does packing and loading process work as well. I did most of my packing and opted for SFL packing for TV and mattress. They professional packed my items and picked up my items from my house. From price stand point I was satisfied as well they offered me fair price up front, I did my shopping around SFL prices were close to few other competitor and as they were locally bases I selected their services.
