Very easy to bid and nice to find an auction house that treats its bidders as customers and delivers a shipping service as well perhaps some auction houses should take note. Fed up with getting ripped off by mailboxes and other companies

A payment for postage that did not get made at the time as I thought that it had been paid over the phone. It had put me into a confusion when I had a follow-up invoice. With reassurances that I would be refunded if it had already been paid, I then paid on-line. I do not know whether it was me or a problem with or the bank the first time - any way - all sorted
