Item arrived very quickly but 2 of the shelf was damaged.

Always a pleasure to buy from this firm. Well I'm a statue collect so I rely on these garage shelves to take the weight of the statues. Plus I think they look pretty cool as well. This is the third racking I bought from Tufferman This company always quick delivery even when it says 2 to 4-day delivery touch would I've never had to wait 4 days for one. Never any missing parts. Everything's always there. Highly recommend them and would buy from them again. 10/10 👍

These shelves are difficult to construct and not at all tough.

Excellent service- quick delivery and had an issue as one package had been left in depot but customer service was excellent and had it delivered the next day. DX delivery also excellent as driver took everything into my room for me and text me with time for the next days delivery of missing package. Great experience and would definitely order again

Very prompt delivery, driver very helpful. We had similar shelves for years and wanted to have more on other walls in the garage. We hope product is of good quality. Have not installed them yet, need to get rid of old boxes and wooden shelves etc….

Ordered my shelving for the garage and had a workman who had put together this shelving before, to put it together. It was delivered really quickly and my guy came to put them together. Unfortunately, a piece was missing and Tufferman people were brilliant in sending it to me. The shelves have been erected and they are just what I wanted, so much space and clean lines. Thank you Tufferman.

The delivery was fine, delivered on time and as requested. Assembly not a problem, must read the instructions before starting. My only real criticism is that the shelving itself is difficult to insert once the structure has been assembled. The measurements are so tight that it is very difficult to get the shelf in without damaging the corners on the metalwork.

Two thinking’s I wasn’t particularly happy or impressed with. The mallets supplied are cheap. Bought another one as the heads kept coming off on both supplied. The other point was the middle supports. They were all too tight so all needed a little bending out to get the supports on. The legs and cross pieces were fine. The delivery was on time

NOt hada chance to put up the shelvves yets but findign teh semi wrapped ( plastic), card bosra boxes under a bay window in tehrain after 24 hours doen;t make me smile. No delivery note detailing what should be there. Im unclaer is its all ther. Not hppy, not happy at all... Just very shabby, delivery , service...

The shelving is well made and more than fit for purpose. It was a little difficult to put together on my own and the instructions were not the easiest to follow, but I managed in the end. The delivery and service were excellent.

I am pleased with my purchase, a well made product, sensibly priced, well packed for safe transport and a helpful courier completed a satisfactory experience. My only criticism is the assembly instructions are not easily read as the font size is too small.
