I ordered a 3 bay racking system for my garage. It arrived promptly and well packaged. I watched the assembly video on the web site which was very helpful. The racking was very well made had all the strength that I required. Assembly was simple I was able put together 1 bay in 45 minutes. I would recommend this system.

really good sturdy quality,,bought the slightly larger size for the garage and it perfect,,bought 2 and have plenty of space left to fill. good and easy to erect and well worth the money.. dont be tempted to by cheaper shelving off line go straight for these,,you wont regret it

Delivered on time and as promised. My only slight complaint was that I only discovered you really need two people to build the shelves from the instructions after they had arrived.

Excellent product - easy to put together- remember to give a little tap and check position is correct - had to correct a few times but easy enough

My order of shelves was delivered as advised. Tufferman kept in contact from the start. I unpacked the shelves I had ordered for my workshop. Started assembling the shelves, which after working out methods to make life easier for one person to assemble, they became easier to put together. I found certain parts of the framework slightly bent, requiring realignment to make assembly easier. The tab assembly method could be quite tricky to to get together accurately, using a small flat blade screwdriver helped. Once assembled the units were quite sturdy, and when linked together, even more so. The linking clips were missing from my original order, but on contacting the manufacturer, they were dispatched quickly. Overall the shelves fulfilled my requirements.

Product is probably fine, but it would have been far better if only it had arrived. Despite two emails from the courier DX telling me delivery was due in a 10hour window, nothing arrived. I then spent another day on email and phone trying to get a suitable resolution, sadly without success. Now waiting for a refund. On the positive side the ladies on the customer service phones are very nice. Re-ordered the same product from Amazon and had it next day, delivered by FedEx. Don't waste your time with this company, go to those who can deliver what they say, when they say.

My order arrived damaged and with parts missing. I have asked to return for a refund as per the advertised refund policy on the website but they will not allow me to so I have been forced to contact Trading Standards. I would not recommend this company. AVOID. In response to your reply, the law entitles me to a refund see: Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am also still waiting for the promised telephone call and responses to my latest emails...

Perhaps not Tufferman's fault - but the delivery address had a complete correct address and post code and below that a different delivery post code. This was reported within five minutes of making the purchase as it was obvious from the order confirmation. Notwithstanding your sales departments advices to your delivery company the delivery failed to deliver on the delivery date. I had taken the day off to receive the delivery - so not great. The product was then delivered the following day without advice that this would happen. The product was dumped on my drive. It was damaged when delivered. Maybe dropped when unloading? - Making assembly difficult. One set of shelves is cracked. Reasonably safe to use if one of the shelf support struts is located directly under the cracks. The brackets and mallet were not with the order and had to be sent / resent later causing a delay with the erection of the shelves. Most of this, logically, is the fault of the delivery company. Not great service though.

Despite the order arriving with one package missing, due to the delivery agent’s inadequacies, which created a situation whereby we had to source alternative product , the Tufferman customer services team were efficient, understanding and in fairness did the best they could. Just hope the refund on missing product will be forthcoming.

Arrived following day, and I didn’t even pay for express delivery. The unit is as tough as described. I had reviewed many other storage units but saw that they broke easily. This one has honeycomb bottomed drawers of tough plastic. I have bought it for my teenage granddaughter to store her craft materials, and knowing how teenagers plonk things down without thought I didn’t want a unit with drawers which could break easily. I feel this will do the job admirably and last her many years.

Bought 3 shelves Storalex® HRX Industrial Shelving Bay (600kg UDL); Storalex CRW Workbenches (500kg UDL); and STORALEX® HRX Workbench (600kg UDL); They are so flimsy and their whole structure went out-of-shape after I put something which is 40 kg and 60 kg on them respectively for 5 minutes

I ordered x2 storalex shelving systems (upgraded for higher load bearing) which arrived promptly with good comms from the company. A little disappointed with the quality of the product to be honest. The thickness of the metal shelves is very flimsy. so flimsy in fact that when you tap the corners into place with a rubber mallet the metal quite often creases. Also the metal location tabs bend out of alignment very easy, making construction a real challenge. These thin tabs snap into place so if you ever need to reconfigure the shelves, Im not sure you'll so so without damaging them.The uprights come in two sections that have to be joined (not clear on the website) This must compromise overall strength when it runs to 1800mm in height and given the advertised max load bearing. All in place and anchored in my garage. looks great, but time will tell if it is "tuff" enough for the job

No issues, ordered, delivered on time and built the racking. No dramas.
