I got good service with the second person I spoke with but not with the 1st person. The second person was able to explain why the document was not uploaded, that's because it contained an error in its text.

Excellent communication about the car hire, which was delivered to time on the day. Only criticisms are that the car smells of cigarette smoke despite its no smoking sign, and that I received some confusing auto generated text messages which they agreed Should be ignored.

1- They are the best of the PCO renting company in the market. 2- Best customer service. 3-Friendly staff and they always do their best to make you happy and satisfied . 4- Best price in the PCO market no one can beat their price

Most basic cars the use, and the staffs are horrible

But I went to collect my van the people were so helpful helping me to get the right vehicle and when I drove the vehicle it was such a nice drive the all-round service was excellent

Very professional staff.

Provided me with car with lots of scratches and seat had permanent large stains as if the car came from scrap yard. They ask you for everything but when you raise your own vehicle job was not done correctly, they denied any help from themselves.I felt they used me to make money.

Really efficient service. There was always someone to speak to when I had any queries. Very flexible appointments for car delivery and collection, great selection of cars too!
