Alex is excellent at what he does and has a very reassuring style. He is also practical and is very good at remembering (or checking up) information provided previously. Reasonable rates.

Alex immediately understood my IT problems and clearly explained the situation. He followed this up with a sensible approach and quote which I readily accepted. He then installed a new PC, readied it for use and gave his time generously. I am computer illiterate and he showed much patience with answering my questions. I will not hesitate to call on his services in future.

Really knowledgeable no nonsense expert who came and did a thorough check of why I was having wifi issues and was able to advise what I needed to do in the future.
