It’s not to often that I write a review, but the customer service that I received from Biking Bicycle Garage it so exceptional that compel me to write one. After purchasing a bike from BBG I had some issues with the fitting, could not figure out what could be wrong after contacting a bike fitting shop and making the proper corrections wasn’t enough to fit me, so I contacted BBG (bikingbicyclegarage) they replied was almost immediately, we agreed in selecting another bike which I did, the replacement bike now fits me perfectly without any adjustments. From the incredible quality of their bikes to the customer service that I received I give BBG a 10 star. Thank you for having me as a customer.

The bike was as exactly described on the website. They worked with me on the price and was very fair about the offering. Great bike for the money! Shipping was on time. The bike arrived when they said it would. Great packaging. The bike was cleaned, tuned up and packaged where nothing could get damaged. Very light assembly required. Took it for a nice long ride literally 30 minutes after the package was received! Bike works perfectly.

Purchased a used 2015 Cannondale Supersix Evo Ultegra with Di2. The bike was clean and in very good condition. Negotiations were fair. Seller was friendly, prompt and communicative. I would buy from this seller again. I used the bike in June in the Race Across America. Our 8 rider, age 60+ team set a new record. The bike performed flawlessly.
