I ordered 4 bottles of Hibiki whiskey with 4 transactions because only 1 time per bottle. They canceled and refund 3 bottles. But I only received refund for only 2 bottles. I bottle is arrived my home. 1 bottle refund is still missing. It is over 3 weeks.

Good prices on offer and a good range of products, however the warehouse appeared to be a bit behind as having specifically paid for the next day delivery my order ended up not being shipped a day late so didn't arrive when it should have. No compensation or partial refund offered to apologise for not meeting their own delivery dates.
