We are a one stop shop focussed on delivering delicious spirits, ranging from small craft distilleries and household favourites, cocktail essentials and unique gifts for discerning drinkers. We believe in conscious consumption – that buying something is an endorsement of what it is, who makes it and what it stands for. To help promote this ideal, we wanted the level of transparency and the information at the point of purchase to be far better than what was available in typical online shopping experiences. Had an issue where my orders hadn't seemed to be processed and didn't get delivered on the specified date. After contacting the company it got sorted out and orders have been delivered. I had a swift response to my enquiry but the order status on the account page could be a bit clearer.

Order acknowledged on the 10th May and told of stock shortages, fair enough. Updated on the 20th May, issues with haulier and awaiting new eta, again fair enough. I've since sent two follow up emails and used the contact form on the website to find out any information regarding the order, an eta or anything and I've been ignored. First email sent on 3rd June, second on the 8th and form used on the 9th. So a month after the original order and I've been ignored on 3 occasions. Absolutely poor, having paid for the item I wouldn't think it would be much to ask for an update. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend. Update - After posting the review and receiving assurances they'd ensure they get back to me within the reply to this review I've still not had any communication back. I've sent further emails, which again have gone unresponded. I've asked for a refund at this stage as its highly unlikely I'll ever receive the order, but with hearing nothing back I doubt this'll get processed either. Unfortunately this will push me towards seeking further measures to recover my money as it cannot be resolved if I'm blatantly being ignored. Very very poor experience and one I hope no one else experiences.

My order was slightly later than expected and my delivery charge was refunded which was a nice jester so many companies don't even bother to let you know it's going to be later. Would definitely recommend the company

Although a day later than promised but always being kept updated on the situation, my fragile parcel was was delivered intact. Always a worry when ordering anything in glass but it was expertly packaged.

Order acknowledged 29/5 for delivery by Friday 4/6 then notified on Friday that delivery will be delayed till Saturday 5/6. it's now late afternoon on Monday 7/6. No delivery and no explanation from Spirits Kiosk.
