Quick response to questions Long delay in delivery Ordered, paid for next day because they were needed Chased after a week, told I should have been emailed one of the items was out of stock but would be in the next day (Tuesday). Okay I said, just deliver them on Wednesday. Chased again on the Friday of that week, they then shipped the order to arrive on the Monday, fully two weeks late!

Tried to buy a particular bulb for an aquarium, emailed them and got a reply with a link. The link asked 4 questions with each one having multiple options that did not make sense. Emailed again explaining this but no reply. Ended up spending over £50 with another company. Customer service just not there.

I managed to get my order without much delay; and the transaction was easy and straight forward. Thank you.
