I'm giving LSO 5 stars for their excellent response to resolving an initial problem. Unfortunately the lamps purchased were found to be broken on arrival which can happen considering the fragility of fluorescent tubing. However I was extremely impressed at the speed I received a reply to my initial email, the delivery of new lamps and for being kept informed throughout by their lovely customer support. TY

Quick and easy to do business with , only comment was that they use a lot of bubble wrap which i understand is a great protective material , but really hard to recycle effectively . I would prefer a more sustainable alternative .
