Value priced goods and excellent delivery

Shambles. Advertise 5%off first order,place order but no discount applied.I then received discount code an hour later but was then told I can't use it as I have already placed an order. Refund and would never use again.

Good products at good prices BUT FedEx falsely claimed to have delivered at 08:55am On Fri 15th with a signature! Only now Mon 18th after I had emailed them on Sat 16th have they delivered the parcel in my front porch still with no signature (we were out) then they sent me exactly the same email as their first one on the Fri 15th saying they delivered on Fri 15th which contained a load of nonsense... other than that no apology or personal contact from them or LampShop... until I rang you a few minutes ago! Personally I will never trust FedEx again!!

good fast service at a good price

Ordered Gagannau oven bulbs. Arrived safely and promptly. All's good but I was hoping for better communication to tell me when they were dispatched and some tracking information

5 Star Great service, ordered 6 Bulbs but one starter didn't work out of the box. Called up and withing seconds a replacement bulb and starter was on its way without any hassle or question. The replacement arrived next day and worked perfectly. Will be using again shortly.

I was able to collect following a chat online. Lamps are great. The light is quite a clinical white. Great for working. 40W gives plenty of light. Would definitely use LampsOnline again.

Excellent service, product and price. Ordered on a Saturday, and received the following Tuesday. Thank you Disappointing, however, that there was no e-mail confirmation of the order, no delivery advice, and delivery was by Royal Mail and not via the option I ticked when ordering.

Read previous reviews before ordering 2x 4ft fluorescent tubes, which had to be delivered using Fed Ex because of the size of the goods. Missed the first delivery, then the problems started. It is the delivery company that are causing issues, not Lampshop themselves. The good thing is that someone always answered the phone at Lampshop, and Jamie W was very helpful. As expected, when the goods finally arrived, one tube was smashed, but Jamie had already organised for a replacement of the order which arrived in less than 24hrs! Products appear good value, customer service good, and if its not urgent, then you get what you want eventually.

I’m very happy with the whole experience, the website made it easy to choose the correct type of lamps and tubes, the wattage and colour. Order placed on Thursday evening, delivery received on Tuesday morning. Great service, great products... will definitely recommend and will be using again.
