I ordered a light fitting on line and it was delivered the next day, but unfortunately I had read the specification wrongly and it was the wrong fitting. I phoned Lampshop and they replaced it frro of charge arriving the next day. Again one of the lamps did not work so they sent two replacements free of charge. no quibbles and no returns necessary. Brilliant service and customer satisfaction, will recommend.

Product just what I ordered and working well - hope it (light tube) runs as many years as the last one did. Two little problems - one mine - I placed the item in the basket before selecting a colour, then wondered why I couldn't check out - and a second one - Monday: ordered lamp, - Tuesday message from Fedex saying it would be delivered Wednesday - Wednesday, stayed in all day, but no delivery. Thursday, email saying it would be delivered Thursday. It was, but I wish they had said Thursday in the first place!

Had what I wanted in stock and was delivered on a matter of days, Will use them again.

I ordered this product taking a chance that it might suit my new kitchen lighting set up. Fair pay to LampShop I asked for standard delivery 4 days but they shipped it next day no charge. The light was well packed. I had electricions in that day so we hoooked it up in the opening I had made WOW just what I wanted, I could not belive how bright this LED panel is, brighter than day light itself I LOVE IT. This is amazing it casts hardly any sadows, my kitchen is 8ft square galley type, you really can see what you you are cooking colour of food is as important as taste. Today the sun was blaszing through the windows right in your eyes, so I put the blind down and put the light on , no need for extractor lights either, How do they do this ? Extremly pleased, I rearly write reviews BTC.
