Thailand | 08 July 2022Recently installed a Cibes Air outside by my pool with clear windows. Very pleasant to look at the pool every morning when heading to the first floor. Ordering the lift is not on the fast side as it's custom made and shipped by boat from Sweden. Also it's not very fast like in condos but hey, a 3 stops home lift doesn't need racing specs. What I wanted is a safe to use lift with a nice look & matching my home. Installation took 7 days, on and off due to monsoon rain. So far, I have only good things to say and I really enjoy using my Cibes air.

Sweden | 28 October 2017This is the worst company ever - after 1.5 months of them trying to install a lift in our house it remains a farce: they delivered a lift that was damaged inside (and still have not rectified it), the emergency functions were not all working, the automatic doors are a joke - they never work more than 1 day at a time and then they just dont open anymore and some guy from Cibes has to come out and reboot the system and sometimes even claim that its our fault - how can it possibly be our fault that the dos cannot open??? By now, I dont think I will ever want to use the lift - who knows when I get stuck inside.... I would never recommend this company to anyone.
