First time ordering off VaporDNA and I’ve got to say the experience is very poor. Ordered on 2/18 and still hasn’t been shipped after waiting for their 24-72hr shipping period. Furthermore I was also charged my state tax of 6.625% and then for some odd reason an additional 40% state tax. Tried reaching out to their customer service why I was charged the additional 40% “state tax” and when my order would be shipping, and still haven’t received a response.

After writing a very poor review I received the shipping notice. Order date was 02/16 and I received the shipping information today, 02/21/23 I will be happy with the service as long as it arrives in a reasonable time and correct contents.

My dad ordered from this place around December 21-22. He received them around the 2nd of January 2023. Now, the slow shipping would have been worth it if he had received the correct items. He had ordered 6 of the 6000 Aloe Grape Flum pebbles. He received 6 of the 3000 ones!!! He emailed his concerns to VaporDNA and they never responded back. They only get 2 stars because the disposable flums are in good condition. Other than that, I would not waste your time with this place. At least refund him the difference. I am pissed.

First order they took almost a week to ship, apologized about the holidays bla bla bla. So I decided to give them a 2nd chance, it is almost the 2nd week and they still haven't shipped it claiming that there's "unexpectedly delay". 2 freaking weeks! Because of this I returned to smoking real cigarettes. These guys laugh about their customers and couldn't care less. They're worse than any governmental office.

Extremely slow shipping. Took 5 business days to ship my order and needs a signature when delivered so takes another day to actually receive . I tried to email them from the contact info in my receipt and it doesn’t exist. Definitely won’t spend money here again.

I ordered it on December 1st and i still haven’t received my device. Their customer service sucks.

I ordered and paid for 2 mad hatter I love popcorn. I waited and waited almost 3 weeks no delivery and no way to contact about my order. No response by email no way to confirm shipment of order. I would really like my items

order 4 bottles of e-juice ... rec'd them within a few days, but two of the bottles were past the expiration date ... notified vapordna via email and included pics ... they emailed me back a few days later asking for clearer pics which I immediately provided ... no further response from them ... followed up via email 3 more times but have yet to get any further reply ... I'm stuck with two expired bottes ($50+ value) and no remedy in sight ... can't recommend this company

I used to love them. They were my go to and you could trust they were your old stand by. Lately, they’re just out of everything. Any and everything. It stinks I have to search for a new supplier.

I've Ordered from vapor dna for years and its been good. I Ordered some e juice a couple days ago and got shipped the wrong kind, so email them and sent some pics got another email saying need some more pics so i did. Only order 2 bottles and 1 was a double pack. just waiting to see what happens. Definitely not trying to rip them off or whatever they think just want to get my order right. Doesn't help it was over the weekend because they dont do emails on weekends. Will definitely update to follow up with the review....So talked to them over email for last couple of days and finally going to send what i order. Got to send back what they sent that was wrong. Sent 3 day shipping so hopefully everything else goes good.

I liked it the first time I ordered but the last 2 times was bad I ordered a tank that did not work and paid a lot for shipping for to days and got it a week later then I ordered 2 packs of coils almost a month ago and still have not got them I have emailed them and still nothing just be careful when ordering from here cuz you might not get it I never right a bad review on anything but I don’t want it to happen to anyone now I’m out 50 dollars and I will never order from here again and I just meet 10 people that they screwed over so be careful please I no people are having hard times like me now I have to go spend another 50 just get it

I absolutely love VaporDNA! I order from them all the time, and they are so good at getting my orders to me quickly and well packaged. Through the dozens of orders I've placed I've only had one issue with a broken glass tank and they replaced it quickly. I highly recommend VaporDNA over other sites!

The grape with the gold ring at the bottom 3 were leaking in the package and none of them draw properly All the others are great
