A full 6 weeks after placing and paying for 5 Suorin drop pods, I STILL have no pods and no refund. Only apologetic excuses in replying to my weekly emails inquiring about their "investigation". You are taking your chances ordering from here.

Great products but their new shipping company killed it for me. 3 weeks later package hasn't been delivered. I sent 2 emails and shipping company doesn't even show an order. Very disappointed and will be shopping elsewhere 😡

I'm not sure how this company gets such high reviews unless they have a team that fakes them. I ordered a vape from them in /february. It is now May. I have emailed customer service twice with no acceptable response. All they say is they will get back with me. the tracking number is invalid. I looked up the customer service number today to make a call to them and it was a non-working number. I say move on, this has to be a scam.

Far too much personal information needed for purchase. It screams phishing site. Every time i've ordered, their age verification software asks for more personal info. The site asks for date of birth, phone number AND PHOTO. That is absolutely insane. Whatever money you save buying from this site is basically your wager that they wont sell your info. Good luck!

Mediocre prices, paid for 2 day shipping that arrived in 5 days. Barely any email updates or alerts, several products not in stock. Edit to reply to their reply because they use a company that thinks I shouldn't be allowed to have a final say as a customer: Yes I understand your policy. But your policy is trash and you should do better as a company. That's why I wrote the review. Not sure why I place an online order that goes through immediately, it still sits and waits for THREE DAYS to be packed and shipped. On top of that you didn't even bother to talk about your stocking or your pricing which I also addressed in my review. Don't ask me for a review and then try to criticize my opinion. Thank you.
