I gave them 5 stars so you will see this review first. Please read all the bad reviews about these guys before you order. My experience was exactly the same as everyone stated. It took them 4 days to process my order and drop it for shipping... Seriously 4 days!! If it takes any longer then 24 hours to pick a vape mod off the shelf, pack it in a usps priority pack, and stick it in the mail, you may be in the wrong business. Shipping from California to Florida took another 8 days (by way of San Juan, Puerto Rico). So in total 12 days. I could have ordered my vape mod directly from China, and got it just as quick. When I emailed them about the slow processing and shipping time, they referred me to their website, and gave me a bunch of lip service. I can't speak to the quality of the product, time will tell...if you live on the west coast and can wait a week to receive your products, they might be the way to go. Otherwise plan on waiting a long time to receive your order. I've ordered many vape products from their competitors, and never had to wait that long to receive them. Their management team definitely needs to read some of these reviews, and fix the processing and shipping issues. I for one won't order from them again.... (....UPDATE....)... YOU CAN SEE BY THEIR RESPONSE THAT THEY HAVE VERIFIED EVERYTHING I SAID, 4 DAYS TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER, AND ANOTHER 8 DAYS FOR SHIPPING...WOW!!

The products are always great but the shipping is slow. It doesn't even matter if you pay for 2 day shipping. It'll still take 4 or 5 days.

I love vapordna its just i dont get how you can order something and its instock so you purchase it and days before its supposed to.be delivered they message me telling me its out of stock so now im with out the product they took my money and have to wait to get my money back and no where has the item i wanted
