They sent me the wrong color and threatened to charge me 15% restocking fee if I returned it. The customer service is horrendous and they have lost my business.

I know other people have complained about the shipping time but I received my order in 4 days. I ordered on a Tuesday and received it on Saturday morning. Overall I like the IPV v3 mini. The build quality is very good. It feels like you’re holding a quality product. The battery life is also good. I do not like the placement of the charging port. It’s in the bottom so it has to be charged on its side. I prefer a device that can be powered off. This does not, you can only lock it from accidentally firing. The placement of the fire button makes firing the device awkward. It would have been better on the side of the device. I’ve only gotten a couple dry hits, overall it hits very nicely set on 400 degrees anywhere from 18- 25 pump rate on P2. The elf ADA is okay. It serves it’s purpose but the drip tip feels too looks and feels cheap. The clouds are dense and the flavor is really good but no better than a decent sub ohm tank. I’ve seen reviews saying that the elf ADA’s last for about a week. I have not found this to be true. Even with vaping on three other devices throughout the day they only last about 2-3 days. At $10 a pop I can see the money adding up quickly buying replacement ADA’s. The squonk bottle is pretty small so I have to refill a lot and take juice with me when I go out. I wanted to try this device. Now that I have I would have to say if I had the chance to change my mind I would not buy this again. It’s not worth the money for the convenience of having a small device to take out and about. I wish I had updated my Aspire Nautilus AIO and bought the Aspire Breeze NXT.

Very slow shipping. My last order took 4 days to ship instock coils. Will shop else where from now on. They have gotten so big they no longer have time to service the customers who made them what they are today. FYI these 4 days where business days plus another 3business days mail .

Average service... the shipping isn’t GREAT, coupon codes don’t always work. Other than that, great selection, they always have what I need. Whether I’ll get it when I need it, that’s another issue altogether :)

Orders came in a timely manner. I was fairly giddy to find that my favorite juice is on sale. With prices like that I will skip the vape shop I regularly purchase from and buy through VaporDNA instead in the future. Here I can get more for my money. :)

I guess once I learn how to operate it I'll be alright I can't get the heat down so until then it's just window dressing I mean it be frying like super hot.

The speed at which they shipped my tank was S L O W. The tank and coils were packed well and arived in harmed. The quality of the freemax fireluke 2 tank is great. I will not be ordering from Vapor DNA purely due to shipping speed. Yes they do disclose that it may take up to 72 hours for them to process and ship the order in their shipping guide lines. If you are not in a hurry to get your goods, otherwise the buying experience was good. Your logistics department should take lessons from ejuice.deals.
