First time I bought some paslode nails from toolden , didn't know there was use by date for nails but there was 2 months left (april 25) to use over 1000 nails not starting my project till May 25 and not a regular user just for a DIY project

I’ve just been scammed out of a £130+ by this mob. I’ll take the hit, but listen to my advice, I wouldn’t touch this company with a keech stick after my experience with them! By the way, for those who don’t live in Scotland, a keech stick is a rod or series of rods that screw together to unblock a sewage pipe of human excrement 🙄!

Quick to order, decent price, delivery not as quick as I would have liked, took about 4 days to deliver. Not the end of the world, but these days that's a bit of a wait compared to some suppliers

Very competitive price which was why we opted for Toolden. We realised that next day delivery wasn’t guaranteed, but that wasn’t essential for us. I received my invoice via email on the Wednesday, which also informed me that I’d receive a dispatch email when the product was on its way. I didn’t ever receive this, the next thing I know I’d missed the FedEx delivery 2 days later because I was oblivious that it had even been shipped. I phoned Toolden to ask why I hadn’t been informed of the dispatch and given a tracking number to which the lady (who was very apologetic) said there may have been a ‘glitch’ in the system and had now added my email to the FedEx portal. I asked the lady to look into the email issue because if it had happened to me then it may well happen to others - something to be mindful of. I was also surprised that FedEx didn’t then provide me with a time slot or a live update of my parcel’s progress. I simply got told that my parcel would be here before 6pm - a rather long wait! It was an expensive item so having a little bit more information regarding the delivery would have been nice. That being said, I would use the company again, but would probably ring them if I hadn’t received my dispatch email the day after the invoice!

Toolden we're excellent and great service. Received product intact, the courier company was supposed to deliver on the 5.2.25 but unfortunately left a call card at the wrong address. After a phone call to the courier, they delivered on the 7.2.25 pm but parcel was broken, but intacted all good. No fault to toolden, excellent product and service Great value for money. Thank you

Easy to order, good price and quick delivery

I do like Toolden on a whole, they have great customer service but their delivery service really lets them down. On multiple occasions I have been waiting on orders needed for jobs that take 3-5 days to turn up. May sound picky but this just is not good enough and make me want to shop elsewhere which is a shame.
