Very disappointed all around. Contacted customer supports after a week without hearing from them about my order, told me the dispatch time is 3-5days (it's been longer than that, very unhelpful response, your website says 2-3 days so which one is it?) gave it couple more days and decided to call in, someone finally picked up the third time calling and told me one of the items is out of stock. It was in stock when I purchased it. Told me she will get on hold of the supplier, I asked to remove the item from my order and ship it out without it. Received tracking number two days ago DPD is still waiting for the parcel. You are a supplier, I order when I'm running low on stuff, paid for, I believe, nex day DPD delivery, can't afford to wait two weeks to receive it and chase you multiple times.

happy with the service as always (returning customer) but on this sale I had to ring up and ask where my tracking info was as I wasn't sent it. By the time I got the email with the tracking info it was already out for delivery which I had to cancel reschedule as I new nothing about it and wasn't. With an Item of that value and to protect yourselves and myself I wasn't going to take the risk of the parcel being left outside my front door. I think is a one off but it doesn't help if your tracking number is late, having to make adjustments costing the customer in another day off to be in for the delivery.
