Really happy with my order but DPD was useless I ordered my tools to start a new job and DPD were so post to deliver on Tuesday and the driver didn’t bother coming trying to deliver it just sent a message saying no answer at my door was was a load off rubbish only had my fill set today so I missed 2 days off work because of this I recommend you use a different delivery service not DPD customer service was shocking to

DPD delivery issues!! Waited from 1700-1900hrs Tuesday night, because of delivery slot, NOTHING turned up, just an email to state sorry we missed you. Waited from 1700-1900hrs last night, van arrived 1900hrs. She apologised, however, no concerns. We had to send the carpenter away yesterday NO PAY, as we had no nails!.
