Easy to use website and delivery was faster than expected. Product was delivered on a Sunday which I found unusual but shows they go above and beyond to get their products to customers. Will be using toolden again for sure. Very happy

I immediately cancelled my order on a Friday evening but had an automated email due to the weekend. I then emailed customer service to say ‘please cancel my order as I no longer want this due to finding a better deal elsewhere’. To be told late Monday morning they can’t cancel my item due to my items been dispatched. All I had to do was refused delivery and it would be returned but I’ll have to pay delivery charges. Due to working all day, my delivery was delivered and I couldn’t refuse this. I asked them to match the deal I found and they refused saying they can't. It was only £20. I have bought a few items from them before but I now will refuse to buy anything from them again, and I will voice my opinion to my other tradesman colleagues and any others I cross paths. Extremely disappointed.
