First ever order, no communication on delivery date. I called after a few days to ask, to be told the blades I ordered are not in stock and my parcel would arrive Monday tracking would be send out. still received nothing. Very poor communication, shame as website is easy to use.

I already sent emails to the store and asked them to return my money because I don't want to keep the item, the item took more than 30 days to arrive for me, and when it arrived it didn't come the dril came screwdriver, you didn't answer my messages and didn't give me support with the product, delay, lack of customer service and lack of ethics!!!
