After paying quite a substantial amount for an onsite radio (Makita my previous one was a real workhorse) The new one did not even have DAB or DAB+. So it’s on its on its way back.

Fantastic service, my order arrived damaged. Not tooldens fault in the slightest but I emailed them and they got a replacement sent out a couple of hours after I’d emailed. I’m a joiner so will definitely keep using toolden based on my experience I’ve had with them.

Communication was dire, after paying for the item and receiving an invoice. There was no further communication. No progress of my order. No tracking information. My order arrived without any notice it had been, picked, packed or despatched. Just regarding comms, I could not recommend using this company.
