I couldn’t be more impress with Logura, my whole experience was excellent! I’m rebranding my photography business and hired Logura to help create a Logo and fresh new look moving forward. Harry was my point of contact and he was incredible! Communication was excellent from beginning to end and to say I was impressed with the options I received would be a vast understatement. We did a couple revisions and the Logura team used all of my direction and input to create a beautiful product. I absolutely LOVE my new logo and cannot wait to share it with the world!

If I could give zero stars I would! AVOID THIS COMPANY. I wish I had looked at their google reviews and BBB rating first. Pretty sure reviews on here by folks named Jack Daniels etc are fake. I consulted them one week ago in a desperate hurry to have my current logo tweeked. At first they were very responsive and seemed to be fantastic to work with. Initial proofs were sent within hours. Here is where the trouble started, not only did the designs look nothing like I requested, they had sent me a website of fonts to choose from for the second draft and since selecting the font I wanted the independent font "companies" now send me bogus virus alerts. Despite selecting fonts from their examples they used completely different fonts and still did not design what I asked. Meanwhile "James" continuously texted me trying to convince me to pay for a web site through them despite me being firm that I JUST want the LOGO I paid for (and yes I was stupid enough to upgrade the logo package too!). Here we are one week later. I approved a final design and needed the vector files etc as I was promised and am being completely ghosted. They dont answer my emails, texts or chat box on their site anymore. My first warning sign should have been that they communicate late at night but their location says NY. Pretty sure, as others have commented that these scammers are not operating from the US. Buyer beware! I will be pursuing my refund via lega means, and reporting them to the RCMP. This is a scam operation DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people.

I loved my experience with Logura. They were very creative and professional. They walked me through Awesome templates for my music studio. I love electronic music and I saw webpages I didn’t know could be created yet. I highly recommend this company.

This is the second Logo I've had designed with Logura and I held off on my review until my second experience confirmed my issues. First off they are no different than telemarketers when it comes to communication. Literally have to be rude to these people to get them to shut up in trying to upsell you the whole time. Had to threaten filing a complaint of payment with Paypal for them to shut up. Secondly, they have you fill out a questionnaire, but the designers only half-ass read it. My first round of logos were literally everything I said not to do, which leads me to believe they mess up intentionally to burn through your revisions since you only get so many. Every logo they do is the same concept and design, very little actual designing going into these. The top will be your business slogan, middle will be the logo, and bottom will be your business name....every damn time for every "design" they send you.

Robert was exceptional in getting my website up and running. He was very fast in getting edits done and the communication was great. I never wondered where he was or what the status of my project was. I am very satisfied with how everything came out. Thank you Robert. I look forward to using your services again in the future.

They got back to my with the logo designs quickly. I was an easy customer and didn't ask for any edits. I simply wanted to know which shade of red and blue they used on my logo so I could properly brand my stuff. They reused to give it to me and instead tried upselling me on additional web, business cards, etc. I'm not asking for the source file or anything at all... I just want to know the fonts and colors so I can brand, and instead they say I have to pay them to design it... what a joke. I've never worked with a designer that operates this way. As a result, I'll have to get another logo to try and brand my stuff. I'd stay clear.

Hands down some of the best customer service i’ve ever seen! Within minutes I was completely taken care of with 5 star politeness.

I hired these guys to do a full brand design. They wasted a month and did not give me colors based on the requirements. I had requested that they give me colors for good for my brand and website. they did not send any of these thing. Instead they said i had to give them colors to use for a logo. It was a joke and I would have been better off using AI to do this on my own. They also would call late nights and evenings and get upset when i would not answer after 9 pm.

The logo and website design went well and then now the calls and texts won’t stop. “Leon” keeps calling and texting me to up sell me another product/service for an egregious price for something that I can do myself for virtually free.

These are a bunch of fake comments on this site. This company is terrible. Everyone mentions "Robert". This is who I dealt with and he's nothing but a scam artist. I have really high doubts his name is even Robert. All he did was try to sell more garbage after I paid $900 for a website "design" that was supposed to be fully capable of being customizable by me. He also needed my passwords for whatever reason to upload their crappy site. Ultimately I was able to create a better looking page myself through google in literally a few hours after this "team" took 3 weeks to provide me with nothing. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY. They will provide terrible designs then refuse to give your money back if you ask for a refund.

These guys helped me set up a website with a new company logo, and it was a great experience. They are very responsive, courteous, professional and patient. Robert particularly is a great guy to work with. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. There was not a request that I made, or a thing, however minor, I asked them to correct that they did not promptly addressed. They're rock stars to me!
