Signed up with them for a logo development. Three days go by, no contact. I reach out via a phone call to the 929 number (347 number is disconnected). Am told it's being assigned to a logo manager, I'll hear back the next day. Two days later, I contact them again. "Oh, you have to fill out this form first" - which I had done when I first signed up. I fill it out again. Three days later, I contact them AGAIN. "Oh, we had a data crash, we can't do your logo, we'll refund you". OK, when? "Today". Two days later - no receipt, nothing. I contact them AGAIN. "Here's our receipt showing we refunded you!" Yeah, I can photoshop anything together as well... They have 3 days and I'm disputing the charge. It's been 2 weeks since I signed up with them, and nothing has happened. I don't trust them at all. Black box, take your money, and just leave you hanging.

Robert was great to work with. He was professionally receptive to feedback and promptly made requested changes. The website looks great and the costs were reasonable. I'll definitely use them again for my future services.

I loved that my logo was articulated in less than 24 hours. Not only did I fall in love with my business logo, but my family members, including my friends, fell in love with it as well. I have found the best team ever! Josh McKal worked with me on my Logo, he was so accommodating, patient and kind. While making changes several times without complaint. He submitted to the design team several times and got things done each time with a quick turn around. Each time I got 3 or 4 samples to choose from. The process considering how detailed I was, came each time with what I asked for. Bravo to this design firm. I highly recommend them. My logo is beautiful, unique, and a beautiful design.
