The delivery arrived quickly but not only to me at the post office because the courier did not want to deliver to me, he wrote with no one was there ( cctv did not register anything ) without hope courier company Parcelforce

Advertised a product for a certain price... my order was placed and money taken. Then told product was out of stock. Said I would wait and contacted to say it was a wrong price and they wouldnt send it for that cost. Even though was on the website at that price, order taken and paid for and this wasnt upheld. Very dissapointed

I received regular updates from power tools on the progress of my parcel even though parcel force gave me updates, an added touch I thought was going above and beyond what was required. Really happy with the tool and have recommended power tools UK to my work mates! Happy customer who will be using power tools for any further tool needs.

Delivered on time and fairly well packaged. Outer box had a hole in but inner box and item was fine

Good quick service and when I did email (without checking first) to find out when my parcel was due I quickly received an email informing me that it had been delivered to the specified address. Good price on the item too. Recommended.

The service from Power Tools Uk was very good however I was not happy with that from Parcel Force. Their tracking site did not appear to give any information and as they delivered when I was not present they just through the parcel over my side gate. Fortunately the battery was well wrapped and appears to have survived.

Bare means bare ! My sold as NEW bare driver arrived in a zip bag rattling around in a brown cardboard box with no packaging and not one piece of manufacturers paperwork. Enough said from a first and last time customer.

Good price and quick service. Next day delivery, only slightly marred by having to arrange parcel delivery - in the end I went to the Parcelforce depot to retrieve it, but that's Parcelforce's issue, not Power Tools UK. Good product, competitively priced.
