Delivery was fine, and the item is as described. It is not difficult to put together, but you have to allow an hour to do it.

I did not receive parcel however 3 times I call Parcelforce to stop IT to near Post Office. Always they confirmed request.And after nothing their tracing system doesnot work at all after requested doping to Post Office shows next delivery atempt. Those attempts have not place no card was lefted. I am realu dissapointed with this level of service. I payed for Item in adwance and receive month of troubles

Great company but the 24 hour delivery service has so far taken 5 days as I am still waiting. The delivery via Parcel Force through power tools UK is often poor in my experience.

Very good told it was getting delivered At 1-0 & 2-0 clock but put card in door at 12-30 & no one was in but did returned & dropped the parcel off which he didn’t have too so all good thanks
