United Kingdom | 10 April 2024Reasonable product for the price, but the fabric on the insole has come away and exposed the foam below, this has now started wearing, making me very aware of the main sole's framework underneath my foot. I sent an email to their customer service at hellorockfishfootwear.com on the 12th March, but receive no response. On the 10th April, I found a phone number 01503 240615 on the internet, but when you phone it's not recognised. If this is Rockfish's idea of customer service, I will avoid there products and recommend others do the same.
