These are nice and warm and the soles look like they will last a lot better. Shame about the plastic fillers in the boots, is there a non plastic alternative,

United Kingdom | 02 February 2023I ordered wellies in the sale, which were delivered promptly BUT despite acknowledging & accepting a request to deliver to my neighbour (I was out) DPD left the parcel outside the front in full view of passing foot & road traffic. Fortunately the excellent wellies were not stolen or damaged. I've passed this info on to customer services.

Also unhappy with returns process - my nearest DHL drop off is miles away so I had to pay £5 for Royal Mail. They also say if box is imperfect they won’t take goods back - not sure this is legal?
