Decent service. Lovely man came to sort out tyre, no problem. My average review is due to the guy who sorted out the appointment over the phone quoted me a price and then waited until it was all booked in to then mention that all of this had been pre-tax, and that an extra £50 would need to be added. I wouldnt have agreed to that price but it was now all sorted and I would have to cancel the appointment and start again elsewhere. This is a slimey tactic to try and sneak more money onto your bill, as there's no reason to quote me a price without VAT. How often is a tyre a business expense? Disappointing really. The other negative aspect is that he was only able to give me an hour window. For the amount of money you're paying, they should be able to give you a more specific time so you're not waiting around on the side of the street. Don't use these guys unless you're in a jam. Kwik Fit or Halfords will do it for cheaper.

Costs a bomb but can't really complain when it's all sorted in less then an hour with efficient service tire fitter was extremely quick no messing around (only complaint would be the clarity of the pricing and that the price given is before vat is applied)

Fast call out. Poor aftersales, requested fitters report and invoice numerous times to no avail after several weeks.

Service was good and swift however very expensive after finding out they source local fitters to do the job who would change the tyre at a fraction of the price if contacted directly. Note to self for future. I was also charged an extra payment which has been refunded so now I have to wait to get the money back into my account and god knows how long that will take even though I don’t authorise an additional payment!

Called then yesterday as had a puncture was quoted £575 for a michellen 205/55/R19 and would be with me in 2 hours , i managed to get some air into the tyre to get a couple of miles or so before repeating as only 4 Mile's from home. Cut a long story short had it done locally at a fitters this morning for £171 for exactly the same tyre a difference of over £400 , I know there are charges etc but there is noway they can justify £400 difference

Arrived within 60mins which was fantastic. Gentleman was very friendly and efficient. It is expensive, however it is for emergencies. Thank you Nexus

The service was ok but everything else was stressful i had to wait 3 hours for them to come and the guy who came snapped 2 of the wheel nuts so now i got to get that fixed. I dont recommened them to anyone

I was going to be charged £650 for replacing ONE "premium " tyre, so I froze my credit card immediately after I was told there could be no cancellation after payment had gone through. Halfords perfomed the same service for £208. Go Figure!!!

Great and speedy service

Puncture at the beginning of a holiday, so not practicable to try and turn arround and head home, searched the web. landed on mobile tyre refit, quick call located us id the type of vehicle tyre required price for new tyre fitting and balancing, along with the fact they had to go to leeds from York and out to me in Brid, made it expensive but I had my 94 yr old father in law with me so happy to pay all done n dusted in 3 hours.

We have an Outcome - it took a while but to be fair M.T.F. came back to me as I requested in my last review and an Amicable Conclusion has been Agreed! Thank You Mr Rob Cross ✍️👏👈

I had a really busy day ahead and I saw the flat tyre, which would have derailed my plans. Looked up mobile fitters, found you guys very quickly, called up, the guy on the phone picked up within half a ring, he was really friendly and assured me I would be seen to quickly. Initially, I was a little unsure about the price, but I had to get it done. However, the fitter came within 20 minutes of the call and finished the job within 15, so the price was absolutely justified as this whole ordeal was resolved within about 40 minutes and now I can get on with my day! Thank you guys so much!

Clash with a defective kerb yesterday resulted in 2 flat tyres. One phone call to MJP Tyres and within an hour the two tyres were replaced by a highly efficient mobile fitter. Communication with MJP and the fitter was amazingly efficient. I thoroughly recommend them.

The wall of a tyre on my SMART FORTWO perished, which doesn't have a spare tyre.The local tyre sgents gave me the contact details. The phone was answered quickly and the details were taken. I was kept updated whilst a tyre was sourced. The fitter contacted me when he was near to where i was parked and to verify my location. Once he arrived he set to work pronto. Within 20 minutes I had a new tyre on which he'd balanced as well and I was on my way. Initially I called my hubby as I was in a panic as I was in a time limited parking space. My hubby assured me I would not get a parking ticket. The Enforced Officer did pass by whilst I was waiting for the tyre repair and reassured me it was okay to be broken down where I was. The whole experience was very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again in a similar situation.
