My bathroom vanity units unit, which I have been waiting with enthusiasm, has arrived and I am very happy that it was as I expected, and also thanks for the customer service, it always answered all my problems kindly, our customers liked the products I used in our company and definitely the next order; I think to buy it again.

The Sofia 3 seater and sofia 2 seater sofa that I was taken were better quality and very comfortable than I thought and of course the customer service I received while waiting for my products was very good, it is definitely a company that I will consider again in the future and give priority.

I purchased a two and three seater Scott sofa in petrol. Initially just the two seater sofa squeaked on one side and upon contacting Rubeza they offered a discount but now the three seater is also really squeaky (they are only a few months old). Although the sofas look nice they do not feel sturdy at all and I doubt they are going to last. I would not recommend.

Seriously in needs of someone to take ownership of customer experience and communications. Ordered a corner/chaise sofa and they delivered the 2 wrong parts but told us they would take one away and deliver the correct one next week. The next week, 2 guys turned up saying they were here to collect are 1 part instead of delivering the other part and that the whole sofa would take another 12 weeks to come (had already waited over 12 weeks). After 4 conversations with different staff who all said they would ask their manager and come back to us but never did, we eventually got through to management. First they said they would give us a temp sofa while we waited and a partial refund. Then they demanded the refund money back as our sofa was suddenly available. They then delivered the new part with the other part they'd taken away previously which was clearly not wrapped properly and was now scuffed and damaged. We asked for a new part and they refused but picked up the sofa and gave us a refund. Massive waste of time and energy and one of the delivery guys was very creepy, inappropriate and made my partner feel uncomfortable. Sofa was ok but a bit underwhelming when it arrived but their service and lack of common sense made us never want to deal with these guys again.

We purchasedthe Scott sofa, chaise and ottoman in petrol. We have had three replacements because they all squeaked (loudly). Within 2 months the fabric was starting to pile and the stuffing can be pulled out. Have since noticed the ottoman is a different colour and to top it all off it keeps giving us static shocks! Honestly, I don't think we are particularly fussy but static shocks, noisy, losing filing and mismatching colours-please think twice. Only giving one star because communication during the initial 30 days was reasonable, became non existent after. I do really appreciate their comments and responses here, I have emailed in reply but awaiting a response.

We ordered a 2 seater and 3 seater in petrol a week ago. They arrived today ahead of schedule ! Brilliant service and the sofas are beautiful and excellent quality . I would order from Rubeza again. Very professional and high quality .

The sofa (4 seater + 2 seater) is beautiful!! Way better than it looked in the pictures online. It even came with the cushions which I was not expecting and hence pleasantly surprised. The delivery people were great! They were very helpful, did the assembly in no time and all in a socially distanced way. Could not be happier with my experience.

Amazing! We ordered our new sofa and chair on the 2nd of January and the estimated delivery time was 8-16 weeks. After 2 weeks we received an email to inform us that the items were now in stock and would be delivered the following day. Very quick efficient service, the delivery guys were great too. We would highly reccomend Rubeza.. The sofas are fantastic

The day before the sofa was to be delivered, I got an email and a call to confirm delivery time. 15 mins later, I got another call to say the sofa was out of stock and that it was a computer error. The new delivery date would be 4-8 weeks. 3 weeks later, I got a text from the delivery driver, saying my sofa was being delivered that day at 3pm! That was the first I had heard of it, no other communications was received. After me contacting the company, it was confirmed that the sofa was on its way that day. I was working that day, so it has to be rearranged for the next week. I had to rearrange my working shifts to accommodate their last minute changes. No apology, no explanation of how one day the sofa was out of stock and had to be made, then a few days later, a sofa just turns up! Disappointing customer service.
