Lovely wellies but they completely split along the seam after 1 year! Very disappointing

Wonderful wellies sturdy and fun at the same time. Great Company efficient and product sent quickly and came in a neat jileon bag. They fit perfectly and I am now able to just slip on my wellies hands free to pop outside into my somewhat muddy garden and take the dog out for a walk. I have never had wellies that fitted me before. I am kicking myself that I waited this long to actually spend a bit more on wellies - have worn them all day today, no blisters (rare for me after a whole day) and would actually want to put them back on tomorrow.

I ordered some Jileon wellies not fully convinced that they were going to be any use to me. That the calves wouldn't be wide enough, the ankles not roomy enough. The first positive was they arrived within 48 hours ... they would have come within 24, but I emailed and asked if they could be delayed by a day. "No problem" was the quick response from Customer Service. Well, my new wellies are worth every single penny! The calves are roomy enough that I don't need to be on fullest expansion, and there's space for my trouser legs down there as well. The ankles are roomy enough for me, whilst wearing two pairs of thick socks, to just slide them on and off despite my thick, swollen ankles due to water retention. I just wish I'd taken the chance on them years ago and not been so sceptical.

I have had Jileon wellies on previous occasions as I have chunky calves, but have had the shorter ones. This time I ordered the longer ones, the pattern was lovely, but the fit was a bit all over, baggy here and tight there and the straps to adjust them flap about so that isn't ideal, I think I will go back to the shorter ones next time, which I found excellent :) all in all a good welly though

Great Customer Service - I had an issue with an order quite some months after it was delivered. I reached out to their team and they resolved it all with zero fuss, zero quibble and made it right the next working day. Cannot fault them. Additionally, whilst I had a minor issue with an accessory item - the boots are really good quality and as a result we've placed multiple orders for multiple pairs.

I finally bit the bullet to buy expensive wellies to fit my calves. Just over a year and they have a hole somewhere letting in puddle water. I wear my wellies for dog walks so I’m not walking over difficult terrain, just muddy fields for a few months of the year. 1 year warranty might be standard but at this price I expected a lot more.

It’s really hard to find wellies that are wid fitting around the calves. I thought I had hit the jackpot when I found Jileons. How wrong was I, second time of wearing the strap snapped. Requested a refund to be advised that I could only have a replacement because I was outside of 30 days. Poor customer service and not impressed with the quality

This is the second time I have purchased from Jileon for a gift, as the recipient was so pleased with the first pair that they wanted to get similar again. These are one of the few places catering for a wider calf and I have been told they are very comfortable and have lasted well. I have also found that delivery is prompt and price is reasonable.

I find the boots fantastic. Living on the coast and daily dog walking, I need easy to slip on, comfortable and warm boots. This year I’ve bought two pairs of- one pair spare! I’ve bought many pairs of boots over the years, often more expensive ones but these boots are by far the best!!

The wellies I bought from Jileon were even better than I had hoped. The wider fit of the foot is so comfortable and walking is a pleasure. The wider calf means I can wear them over my jeans. They are bright, cheerful and a joy to wear.

I love these wellies, this is my third pair (I usually get almost a year out of them) I’ve never had a pair split and the fit is perfect for me, I have wide feet and wide calves, I can wear nice thick socks with them and there is room for jeans too. They get a bit of a hammering, this year were worn at least once a day, lots of walking (hence why they get worn out) they are very comfortable. Wouldn’t buy any others tbh.

Fantastic boots, so comfortable! I’ve always struggled with boots due to wide foot and calf, meaning I’ve mostly worn Ill fitting boots and not enjoyed long walks. These wellies are a dream, so easy to slip on and off, no more squeezing!

I bought these wide wellies because i suffer with very sensitive shins and wide calf’s I needed them to be extra wide around the shin area. I have to say they give my shins and calf’s loads of room. I can wear extra thick socks and there is still loads of room would definitely recommend

I purchased Jileon wellies because being expensive I foolishly thought they would last. I bought them last April, wore them for approximately 4 weeks. When the weather turned 3-4 weeks ago I started wearing them again. Last week they started leaking, their answer is they are out of warranty but I could have 33% of a new pair. Why in any universe would I want to spend more money on inferior product and awful customer service. Update - I left a comment on their facebook page and I have been blocked, very mature response.

It was very easy to order and arrived promptly. They are amazing, have never had wellies that I could slip on and off easy before.

I've struggled to find a wide fitting welly for a long time until I came across Jileon. I was sceptical at first as I'd tried other 'wide fit' products that were nowhere near fitting. For context I'm not a behemoth, my calf diameter is approx 48cm. Buy these wellies if you too have a wider calf. They're built well, look good and fit great.
