United Kingdom | 19 October 2024So far so good, I looked the site as I struggle with extremely wide feet/calfs but couldn’t afford to buy them at that particular time. I then received an email offering me 25% off of the ones I’d look at which gave a significant amount of money off. The boots came the next day (day of writing this) and they fit amazing. They’re slight big but apparently that’s good because I can put thick socks in them (never had wellies before due to wide feet) i am well impressed! For those saying how bad the customer service is I completely disagree as they have been brilliant with me and when I get paid I will be ordering the socks for them as well! Thank you Jileon.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2024I placed my 4th order with this company and was told an expected delivery time on their website. This passed so I contacted the company. I had a reply from James who stated I would be charged a refund amount and a restocking fee. I searched their website and recorded all their pages and this information was not found. I did not get a reply when I asked where it stated this. The next day I emailed again as had heard nothing at all, and get a reply where the website had now been updated. You can see on their websites HTTP metadata that the website was updated. I was then emailed back saying they would no longer engage about this with me. So I've still not received my order, they won't engage (their words) so now I need to take this further. After reading other reviews, it seems this is normal customer service for them and what they seem "acceptable". I've had no problems with previous orders and my country boots are only just starting to leak from wear after 2 years so it was my natural choice to use this company again. Unfortunately, after this rude and unprofessional incident I will not be using this company again and would not suggest them to anyone else either. Whether a company is a small family run business or a large corporate affair, all employees can do customer service training which seems to have been ignored here. I'm aware James will reply to this review stating all sorts of information and how this is not their fault at all.

United Kingdom | 04 September 2024Really attractive, good quality wellingtons. They were dispatched really quickly by Jileon. The loose fit is perfect for festivals and camping holidays. It's really easy to slip them on for late night walks across long wet grass, and then slide out of them without struggling back at the tent! Great for gardening too.

I have a wide foot & these fit beautifully. They're also easy to get on & off. I also ordered the short wellie liner which makes the super comfy. The quality of the boots seems excellent & the company communicates well with their customers

I ordered multiple pairs of boots from Jileon to try for size so obviously I would need to return some… I followed the link that Jileon supplied which took me to the Yodel website with the returns information already filled in and paid for the return. My parcel unfortunately got lost, which I appreciate isn’t Jileons fault however the customer service (if you can call it that) I received when this happened was disgusting. They basically said it was nothing to do with them as I paid for the return with Yodel which meant they were not liable. The only reason I paid for this return is because they don’t provide free returns but I followed the link they provided which took me to a pre loaded page for Jileon returns. Yodel have said on multiple occasions that it is Jileon who are liable as it was a pre loaded returns label that yes I paid for but was still a return. Jileon are trying to say this isn’t a return and is in fact me just ‘sending’ a parcel via Yodel which it isn’t, as the tracking number is specifically a returns number. They have been rude, unhelpful, and actually used the wording we don’t provide free returns as that would implicate us in issues such as this so they know exactly what they are doing. On top of terrible customer service, the boots themselves leave a lot to be desired. Wide fit is one thing but these are something else.

United Kingdom | 05 April 2024I've just taken delivery of my new Jileon half wellies. It seems excessive to say I'm ecstatic, so I'll restrict myself to saying that I'm dead chuffed. A good fit, nice wide toe box which I need, and constructed to be easy to slip on and off which has been a problem for me in the past.

We recently had to contact Customer Service with a small issue and the response and service was amazing. I only wrote because I felt that they should be aware of our issue but the response was over and beyond what I expected but was also quick and efficient. Thank you Nina.
