Well what can I say. First the item turned up early which was a plus. It was packaged extremely well everything was there that was supposed to be. Once I got through the manual it was quite easy to set up. Only one criticism, the manual could have had a few more instructions in writing. We got through it though., all in all was a good experience from go to woe. fits the vehicle well with out a lot of adjustment. So thanks to Dyson Bikes. All I can say is that Dyson Bikes deliver fast. 2 days Max in my experience in metropolitan Melbourne, with purchases I've made. Honestly, I have never dealt with another company that delivers my orders so quick. I purchased a Dyson e-bike 2 years ago and love it!!! This year I returned to Dyson to purchase a bike carrier so I can travel with said e-bike. The staff were incredibly helpful and loaded the box directly into the boot of my car. A brief explanation of how to put it together was also pro9vided which proved very helpful because the images in the instructions are a bit confusing.
