I've loved this bike from day one. It's fulfilling all my expectations. Within an hour's riding, the gear and motor settings had become second nature. The gears haven't missed a beat and that is important to me. Folding, simple and I'm travelling a lot by car for varied rides. I bought directly from Dyson HQ and received first class treatment.

Very helpful. I am from rural NSW and rang them on a Saturday morning and they were closed.. I left a message to say that I wanted a bike carrier but as I was going home on Sunday could I pick one up that weekend. I was rung back within the hour and was able to buy one online and pick it up that afternoon at his home. That is what I call service.

1) The bike: Adventurer 24” folding bike. Lots of fun to ride, battery either lasts longer than advertised (and I’m no lightweight at the moment) or I’m using less power assist than expected. The bike feels very solid and comfortable, I’ve had the rear spokes checked by the shop I bought it from (see weight comment) but otherwise everything has been good. I’ve been able to fold it and bring it into shops but I wouldn’t want to carry it far in that state - think of it as storage mode! Certainly beats locking it up outside. Use of the electric motor has been quite problem free so far (c 150 KM) and the assistance for steep hills has been very welcome. I’d recommend this bike to anyone who needs a foldable ‘traditional’ e-bike, and the two contacts with Dyson support (Hi Dave!) were very helpful and informative.

Good service, good product

The parts were sent quickly. However, I recieved a jumble of different screws and bolts with virtually no instructions making it a nightmare to try assemble. Further the seemingly single instruction I did get (which was to deflate the tires) still made it imposible to attach the new parts as the back tire is still far too close to the frame to attach the new parts without removing the wheel compleatly. A massive lack of effort from Dyson created massive unnessisary headache for me.

This unit's quality and design are outstanding, and it arrived on schedule and in excellent condition. I am quite pleased with my purchase. This bike gets high marks by me to anyone searching for an all-arounder.

Great customer service. Went out of their way to deliver a purchase while I was in isolation.

Arrived on time, well packed and in good order. Very impressed with the quality and design of this unit. The installation was dead simple. I found that mounting the seat rail to the back off centre by about 15mm (Brooks B17 seat) reduced the stretch to the bars and made it a lot more comfy. Being a light weight I did turn the pre set counter clockwise to make the suspension softer before reading the clear instructions not to do so. Will progressively stiffen it up but not in a hurry to do so as I am only recovering from a slipped disc from pounding over bumps! Took it out for an easy 32km test ride over a mix of road surfaces today being careful not to do any damage to my lower back and have to say that this is the best $149 I have spent on my $4000 touring bike! Until this ride, I had no idea how much rider fatigue comes from the shock from the expected and unexpected thuds that all cyclists experience every day and take it as part of the experience. Unless u are a racer, I recommend without any reservation that you upgrade your seat post ASAP and experience the joy of riding with zero fatigue. And avoid stuffing your back up! Cheers, Ed
