I've not actually met with the guy who was handed my details for the info I requested​, my fault. What I will say is, we spoke and he was very courteous, well spoken, well mannered and understanding.

I didn't feel rushed in any way, excellent advice, put onto the right people who understood what it was i wanted to do.

I was recommended this site following a telephone call with Pension Wise. Following my initial request over 6 weeks ago, I have never received any contact from any person within the selected organisation. I would have thought as a new customer, seeking advice, that some form of contact would have been made within 24 hours. I will never use this service again and will not recommend to any any other person. This is not customer service and is absolutely unacceptable

Have not followed up there promises, and I'm writing this hoping they have not taken advantage with the information they have.

I submitted a request for an independent financial adviser to get in contact with me as I need to make some important decisions about my pension options and noone to date has been in touch. I rang the help line to raise this concern and the adviser stated they would look into this and get back to me. Noone has yet come back. I'm not sure why you are offering a service when nothing is being delivered.

I received a pensions statement with the financial-advisor.co.uk website printed on their literature. As I am approaching retirement I realised I had probably left my retirement planning a little late. However, within a short time of applying I was having a consultation with a local financial advisor who has an excellent reputation. I am expecting great advice from my experience.

After the initial contact I was asked to send all the relevant info which I did. The financial advisor then called me and told me that she would confirm a face to face appointment to discuss further. Not heard anything since and that's was approx 3 weeks ago !

Elsby associates financial services, Pam Stockdale was my finacial advisor for a mortgage, buildings & contents insurance. Without doubt this lovely, affable lady went above & beyond what was expected of her. I appointed absolutely rubbish solicitors and Pam filled the gaps in making sure my sale & purchase went through. I would definitely use Pam's services again, I cannot rate this lady more highly. Thank you Pam
