I was put in touch with a company who contacts its customers by phone and I had an initial free consultation with the option to use their services in the future for a fee depending on what help I needed. The advisor although knowledgable was far too focuses on what he could do via drawdown & how fantastic the company was. Much to detail on how great the compliance backing was and kept me on the phone far to long. Also the fees quoted were far to excessive.

very pleasant chap - lives and work locally, although his company is a large one, based in Chorley. I feel confident that I'll get knowledgeable advice.

I registered, received a confirmation e-mail telling me to sit back and relax and wait to receive my free telephone consultation. Well, I'm still waiting. I was also not impressed that the recommended advisor was from a company in a city 40 miles away when I know that there are IFA's in nearer towns. Won't use this site again.
