He was most helpful as I was finding Aviva were very unhelpful I was trying to take my Pension Pot as a Lump Sum and they made it very difficult. I believe the search looked for financial advisers local to my postcode. The website directed me straight to broad stone and no others. I was contacted very quickly and after a brief telephone conversation arranged a meeting with the financial adviser who gave me useful initial advice and went away to work up a financial plan proposal. I am still awaiting a reply however I believe he has been on holiday. As I am still in the early stages it is too soon to give a meaningful review, although I am satisfied with the advice given so far.
