The advice I received was so helpful that I took out a pension plan with them. There was no pressure but it was tailored to my individual needs. I felt that he had my best interests in mind and took care to make sure I was happy with going forward.

A sound piece of advice from this company regarding my "Small Pension Pot" which my provider would not give me, despite the new laws. Financial-advisor.co.uk put me onto a local advisor who searched on my behalf for a company who would take a transfer, which took about an hour. This then took a simple phone call to set up, and about 15 days before it all went through. The whole business went through very quickly, and smoothly and now if far more flexible and has enabled me to take the whole pot -at a nominal fee-, or re-invest, some of all of it in one of their pensions, which I may do.

There are so many options available with a pension. I found it difficult to understand some of the jargon but having a financial advisor to help me through the jargon and options made it so much easier to make my mind up on the right option for me personally.

I was glad to hear the opinion of the Financial Advisor concerned. It helped me see 'the wood for the trees'. I did realise however, that I don't need an onward service as my financial affairs are notin the least bit complicated...... I do feel that should I change my mind and wish to take an onward path of action then I would contact them again.

I received a free consultation regarding my finances, I found it very helpful for my personal financial needs and I was given some very good pointers. The good thing was I didn't need to leave my home, I received a personal visit from the financial consultant where we discussed my needs person.

My IFA was very prompt in answering my request and was very courteous. He arranged a home visit and assessed my finances. Giving me advice on how to proceed.
