Acra Lending is responsive and helpful with complex client scenarios. We were able to close a first time home buyer, foreign investor loan with a Power of Attorney that was signed at a US Embassy in Africa and recorded at closing with the loan documents. All of this was completed while the buyer's agent was in Italy and the escrow officer was on vacation at closing! Top notch!

This Lender has updated their system which made a huge improvement to the overall process of the file. Everyone is very responsive to request and clearing conditions for my clients.

This bank does not loan money. Do not waste your time. There LTV is horrible. They have so many requirements that will make a loan impossible. Very high interest. If you like wasting your time and hurting your credit and not getting a loan this is the bank for you. They also are very slow at underwriting. It could take months.
