UPDATE: Yesterday evening, I received the box in my mailbox. It had been opened, so it had tape over it. Due to the rain, the box was completely wet and coming undone. However, all the parts were inside- two sealed bags with a set of accesories each. I was relieved to finally get this despite the long delay. ORIGINAL: I was really excited to find the original Spectra accessories for a great price. I have a newborn, and I really need a second set of accesories for all my pumping before I return to work. I damaged the ones that came with the pump by accident trying to sterilize them. I received a tracking number pretty quickly after I placed the order, and it said the order would arrive between 5 to 7 days. I was okay with waiting that long. When I checked the tracking number, it said the order had been delivered to my mailbox that day. However, I never received the package. I contacted the merchant who referred me to deal with USPS. I had to file a claim with the post office, and as you can imagine this will take forever- and I have to factor in a holiday weekend to make the process even lenghtier. Bottomline, I don't have the parts that I need so much, and I'm out of my $50 and can't buy them again. I'm really a frustrated mom right now. I know it is USPS's responsibility once they're in care of the package, but I wish the seller would have offered to work with me in figuring out what happened and helping out.
