United States | 09 April 2018Unfortunately, they don't engage in the best "customer first" business practices. I purchased a pump charger to use for my pump while my baby was in the NICU. I ended up not needing it and emailed to ask if I could return. They said I could return for a store credit if it was unopened and received by 12/27/17. I had not opened it and placed it in the mail on 12/21. USPS ended up severely delaying the delivery and it didn't get to them until 1/17. It's obvious this is what happened as I dropped it off at the post office in Sacramento, CA yet the USPS tracking shows it was accepted at USPS on January 15th in Forth Worth Texas. It obviously got from Sacramento to Fort Worth somehow. Instead of giving me the store credit in good faith they denied doing so. So now, they have the product (which they can resell) and my money and I have nothing. Very unfortunate they they weren't more understanding and flexible.
