It took us some time to decide the colours - thank you for your understanding especially as it was already quite late in the day. We could see the tiles on the floor as well as on the walls which was very useful as the colours look a bit different depending on the angle. The Hanworth Branch has an abundance of choice of tiles. We ordered tiles before for a bathroom _ we were well informed of the delivery times as well.

The best in its sector. I have been in the throes of renovating a house for the past half year. All my 3 bathrooms in the house are from Tiles DYI, everything starting from tiles to radiators to entire bathroom furniture have been provided by Tiles DIY Colchester. Colin in the store is absolutely phenomenal, one of the most supportive, empathetic, and knowledgeable tradesperson I have worked with on this project. I have brought tiles from the Colchester branch again today and the service was AMAZING, Colin and Kim went above and beyond again for me. It really is the best tile shop in the Colchester area.

I have always been happy to post glowing reviews on Trustpilot for companies giving me outstanding service. In this case, the opposite applies. This regards my Tiles DIY order no. SOR00072783 dated 13/3/2024 for Thassos White marble tiles. The sample shown in the Bounds Green branch was a perfect match to our existing tiles and the salesman promised that the ones ordered would be of the same quality. However, on delivery, we were horrified to see that they were far from it. All the boxes were heavily stained – caused by long-term storage in a damp environment [according to the salesman]. Over time, most of the tiles had absorbed this yellow/brown staining. [multiple photos available]. Most of the tiles were extremely poor quality or pitted or scratched or broken. No less than 30 extra boxes were delivered in with the promise they would be better. They weren’t, and the branch manager came himself to inspect them. In the end we could only use 15 sq metres and the salesman came, checked the unused tiles and took them all away with the boxes. Now the Operations Manager has refused to even refund us for the unused tiles, breaking their own contract terms, in my opinion [his email dated 15/8/2024]. Disgraceful. This review, prior to submitting, was hand-delivered to Tiles DIY staff for fact-checking in my presence.

Absolutely amazing service provided by tiles diy staff member Shahid at ilford store. Greeted us politely when I visited the store with family, offered us nice hot chocolate. Very polite, very respectful and professional staff he is, helped us with our required tiles coverage area for our property efficiently managed and delivered on time. I looked left, right and center for the best tiles at the best prices; that’s when I stumbled across Tiles DIY, actually by complete accident when driving through staples corner. You have the best ceramic and porcelain tiles around not just in the manner but literally in London as far as I’m concerned; so I bought 60 sq meters of Erte Grey tiles, they’re the business. Anyway there’s a guy called Abdul who’s an absolute legend; I want to say thanks again for your help.

Hugo at the Feltham branch has been amazing throughout the whole process. So knowledgable and patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next project. Thank you so much for making this so enjoyable.

The showroom in Staples corner was great and we saw a tile which we really liked for our new bathroom. ordered this online and received delivery within a timely manner. UNFORTUNATELY, as the pallet was lowered from the van, we saw most of the tiles were already damaged. the driver said contact the company and had to drop the delivery. We had to carry the broken tiles into the house. Communication with tiles DIY was VERY SLOW. Trying to reach anyone on the phone was also a challenge. ultimately they replaced the broken tiles and arranged another delivery. BUT they do not accept collections (even though what they delivered was already damaged). this means we are supposed to dispose of their broken stock. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Thank God we didn't order any more from them.

Tiles DIY in Chingford was a rare find. First of all the price beat everyone we tried and the quality of customer service was second to none. From help with choosing the tiles to returning the ones we didn’t use. Great advice also when needed. Over and above what we’ve come to expect from any retailer. Thank you. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I wanted to choose some slabs for my garden. I went to the Bounds Green branch where l found the staff to be extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable with excellent communication and customer service. This is the second time l have used this company as previously l purchased my bathroom tiles from them too. I would definitely be coming here again in the future due to the amazing service, unbeatable prices and quality products.

Awful Company. Sent me the incorrect tiles, not the tiles I ordered from the sample. Therefore I didn't accept the delivery. Over £1500 of tiles purchased and they only refunded £1000. Took off £500 off for delivery charges. Trying to palm me off by saying they sent the correct tiles and that the sample wasn't a good reflection of the tiles they delivered. They are completely different!!!

We used the Colchester Branch - What a fantastic shop! Excellent customer service from the moment you walk through the door. Great display of tiles and ranges/options in sizes. Colin and the team helped us with everything from the grade/type/price of tiles, through to refunds for leftover packs and advice on colour of grouts etc. Worked well with Dan, the tiler, to make deliveries etc. flow smoothly. Easy to get to and plenty of parking outside. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this customer friendly store.

My statement is in reference to Bounds Green Tiles DIY N11 2UL. I had been assisted with getting all my fixtures and fittings from start to finish by the Wonderful Salesman JOHN. Every time I entered the shop JOHN was there and he was always happy to help me no matter what. I had visited the shop 4 times and there was one occasion I spent about an hour in there and JOHN was on hand to show me around and confirm the sizes and textures of all of the items I intended on buying from the Phoenix Catalogue. At no time did JOHN show any dis-interest or impatience. Having staff like JOHN working for your company is what keeps customers like me happy. Everything I bought has served it's purpose well with regards to the quality and fit. The team JOHN works alongside being Soner, Luke and two other staff members who were on site I also found to be very professional and polite.
