I've had excellent service from Only Domains. I have a number of domain names for my pet friendly & accessible holiday accommodation business Sea Horse Diamond Beach - and I've hosted these with Only Domains now for a number of years. I had tried ( and struggled with) other providers previously but am happy to have found Only Domains and happy with their service.

Absolute worst experience EVER! They would not allow me access to my own account and domain name I have had through them for 10 years!! Website was down for almost a whole week. I lost customers and sales and reputation! Worst customer service i have ever experienced. They will be hearing from my solicitor

I would like to thank the wonderful Carmelita who got this old man back on track with my hosting and connecting to my web site so I could just add one photo. She was patient with me step by step and then my internet went down as we were chatting but she reconnected and we finished the task. I think its time for a pay rise as she was amazing. I'm absolutely furious about an ongoing domain name issue, and I need to vent my frustration regarding the company responsible. My domain, which expired on May 16th this year, is still under their control, and despite relentless attempts to fix the problem, it remains unusable and impossible to re-register. The implications of such incompetence for small business owners like myself are infuriating. I've reached out to this shambolic company numerous times, and each response has been infuriatingly inconsistent. Most infuriatingly, they have the audacity to advise me to sit and wait, as if there's nothing they can do to resolve the situation. This leaves me utterly perplexed. According to WHOIS data, the domain is still clearly in their grasp, yet they claim to be utterly helpless. I'm left seething, wondering about their true motives throughout this debacle. Do they even comprehend the timing of this review? It's a testament to my boiling frustration after enduring an excruciatingly protracted battle to regain control of my domain. Spare me the infuriating suggestion to contact them via email; have they even bothered to read a single word in my emails? Apparently not. I have never encountered such an infuriatingly inept company in my entire business career. The fury and despair I feel in this situation are beyond words. Small business owners depend on domain registrars to provide dependable services, and when a company fails this spectacularly, it's a slap in the face. To the company responsible: Your handling of this situation is nothing short of an infuriating disgrace, and I demand immediate action to rectify this infuriating mess. It is your infuriating responsibility to deliver on your promises and ensure that domain owners aren't left in this infuriating limbo. My experience serves as an infuriating warning to others considering your services, and I fervently hope you can pull yourselves together to resolve this infuriating situation promptly. ***Updated Review After Receiving a OnlyDomains Response*** Thank you for your response. I understand your need for additional information, but please allow me to express my ongoing frustration. It's been an incredibly exasperating experience dealing with your company. In fact, I've also reached out to abuse at onlydomains.com and support at onlydomains.zendesk.com. I've cast a wide net in my attempts to get assistance because I've received no response from any of these channels. So, when you ask if your email is functional or if this is some kind of joke, I can't help but feel a deep sense of exasperation. It's hard to maintain confidence in your company's ability to resolve this matter when basic communication appears to be this problematic. I will forward you the information once more, but I sincerely hope that this time, someone on your end will take it seriously and finally provide some concrete assistance.
