Fabulous customer service; Adam couldn't have done more for us and was always efficient and cheerful. Our material didn't arrive on time but miraculously Adam still got the job done to his delivery deadline - the heavy snow didn't seem to be a problem! In fact, nothing seemed to be a problem for them. I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this company; we are really happy with our chaise longue and would definitely buy from them again. So good to be able to buy something made in Britain, and even better - made in Yorkshire! What's not to like?!
